1. Who controls your personal information

Nocore Ltd is the controller of personal information collected through this website and during enquiries, proposals and project delivery.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, phone or messaging handle, company, project brief, budget range, preferred start date and correspondence. During an active project we may also process contract and invoice details, project files, account credentials supplied for agreed integrations, meeting notes and support requests.

Technical information may include IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, timestamps, security logs and essential browser preferences. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. How and why we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, enter into and perform contracts, manage delivery, issue and administer invoices, provide support, protect the website, prevent misuse and meet legal or regulatory duties.

Depending on the activity, our lawful basis may be steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or consent where required. We do not use consent where another lawful basis is more appropriate.

Direct marketing

We do not add an enquirer to general marketing merely because they submitted a project form. Where marketing is offered, the notice and choice shown at collection will explain how to opt in or out.

4. Sharing, processors and international transfers

We may use service providers for hosting, communications, project management, accounting, security and no-code platforms. They receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to protect it under appropriate contractual terms.

When you submit the project request form, the information is sent to Nocore Ltd for review and response. A communications provider may process that transmission. Service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards and supplier controls are used.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to professional advisers, in connection with a business reorganisation, or to protect rights, safety and security.

5. How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not become projects are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Contract, billing and tax records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Project and support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, warranty, dispute handling, security and legitimate business records. A shorter or longer period may apply where a contract, legal hold or documented operational need requires it.

6. Your data protection rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also object to direct marketing at any time.

We may need to verify identity and clarify a request. Some rights are not absolute, and the law may permit or require us to keep certain records.

7. Security

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures, including access control, account protection, supplier review, secure configuration, backups where appropriate and limiting access to people who need it. No internet transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.

8. Contact, concerns and complaints

Send privacy requests or concerns to . You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
