1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These website terms are separate from any proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other contract governing paid work.
2. Permitted website use
You may use the site for lawful business information and genuine enquiries. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe security, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape it unreasonably, infringe rights or use the enquiry form for spam or unlawful content.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or protection of the business and other users.
3. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site design, copy, graphics, code and brand materials are owned by or licensed to Nocore Ltd. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation, but you may not reproduce, resell, misrepresent or commercially exploit website content without permission.
Third-party names and platform marks belong to their respective owners. References to platforms do not imply endorsement or partnership.
4. Enquiries, prices and estimates
Submitting a form is a project enquiry only. It does not place an order, create a contract, guarantee availability or take payment. Displayed prices are indicative starting points and may exclude VAT, subscriptions, transaction fees, licences, app-store costs, data migration and third-party services. Calculator ranges are estimates only.
A project begins only after the parties agree the scope, schedule, fees and invoice terms in a written proposal or service agreement. Invoices are issued directly under that agreement; this website does not provide online checkout or collect card details.
5. Availability, accuracy and liability
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will always be complete or current. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to or load resources from third parties. We do not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Review their terms before relying on them.
7. Governing law and contact
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
